NATURAL
CLIFF ENDORSEMENT
This endorsement is awarded to individuals who have a demonstrated capability in applying instructional skills within the context of natural cliff environments. PACI members with natural cliff endorsements are authorised to: Conduct activities within the scope of their endorsement that do
not lead to a formal qualification; and To qualify, an individual must:
Experience must
include at least two (2) different rock types eg, granite & sandstone,
or limestone & quartz
5. Have a current recognised qualification in senior first aid and CPR. 5. Critical underpinning knowledge:
NOTE: If an applicant has gained experience that is limited to only one (1) natural cliff with only one (1) type of rock, an endorsement will be granted to operate ONLY FOR THAT CLIFF. No other natural cliffs may be used until the applicant has gained additional experience as noted above. Renewal: 1. Annual submission of a completed, signed PACI Membership
Renewal Agreement; and NOTE: PACI members must be in active status before they can represent themselves as being authorised to conduct/supervise training related activities. |
